Svetlana Aynbinder, PMHNP, BC, MSN, BSN RN
A dedicated ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she brings extensive experience providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. Her clinical approach focuses on building trust, developing individualized treatment plans, and empowering patients through education and collaborative care.
Lana has broad experience treating patients with acute and chronic psychiatric conditions in inpatient, outpatient, correctional, home health, and community settings. Her work includes psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, therapy support, and coordination of care with multidisciplinary teams.
In addition to clinical practice, Lana has significant leadership and academic experience, including serving as a Clinical Director, supervising nursing staff and home health aides, and educating the next generation of nurses as a Professor of Nursing. She also serves as a preceptor for nursing students and new nurse practitioners.
Her practice emphasizes patient-centered care, evidence-based treatment, and a commitment to improving long-term mental health outcomes.
Nurse Aynbinder is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, with working knowledge of Spanish, allowing her to provide culturally responsive care to diverse populations.

Dr. Jenny A. Stone, D.O.
Dr. Jenny A. Stone is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathy from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency training followed by a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Wayne State University / Detroit Medical Center.
Dr. Stone has extensive experience in both hospital and private practice settings, including leadership roles such as Vice Chief of Staff at Newton Memorial Hospital and staff psychiatrist positions within regional mental health programs. She has worked with individuals across the lifespan and has particular experience in the treatment of autism spectrum disorders, complex psychiatric conditions, and child and adolescent mental health.
With decades of clinical experience, Dr. Stone is dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care that supports each patient’s unique needs and long-term well-being.
